Why Acrion.ai Exists
Acrion.ai was founded by Jacob Johnson in Knoxville, Tennessee to solve a problem he saw firsthand: home care agencies losing clients not because of bad care, but because of slow follow-up, missed calls, and invisibility in AI-powered search. The agencies doing the best work were losing to the agencies answering the phone first.
What We Do
Every engagement starts with the Systems & Operations Consult, a structured review built on Acrion's Blind Spot Protocol that finds where an operation is actually losing customers: lead response, call handling, follow-up, AI search visibility, and compliance tracking. We then build and manage the AI Employees that close those gaps. Every AI Employee is built for the client's business, trained on their terminology, their workflows, and their compliance requirements. We are not a generic chatbot platform.

Jacob has spent his career at the intersection of AI automation, enterprise sales, and healthcare technology. He builds production systems -- not prototypes -- and has deployed VoiceAI and SMS AI infrastructure for senior care franchise networks operating at scale.
