What Data We Collect

When you interact with Acrion.ai -- through our website forms, chat widget, or scheduling tool -- we may collect the following information:

• Full name and business name
• Email address and phone number
• Messages and inquiries submitted through contact forms or chat
• General usage data (page visits, browser type) via standard web analytics

How We Use Your Data

Data collected is used solely to deliver and improve our services:

• Responding to inquiries and scheduling discovery calls
• Onboarding and managing your AI Employee services
• Sending service-related communications (no spam)
• Improving our platform and workflows

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Text Messaging and Phone Numbers

Our contact form requires a phone number so we can reach you about your inquiry. Providing a phone number is not the same as agreeing to receive text messages.

Text messaging consent is a separate, optional checkbox that is never pre-checked and is never required to submit the form or to do business with us. If you leave it unchecked, we will not text you. We will respond by email or phone instead.

You must be 18 years or older to legally provide consent to receive text messages from us. You must also be the account holder for the phone number you provide, or have the account holder's authority to give consent for that number. Do not provide a phone number that is not yours.

If you do opt in, we record the date and time, the IP address and browser you submitted from, the page you submitted on, and the exact wording you agreed to. We retain these consent records for at least five years so we can prove what was agreed and when. You may request a copy of your own record at any time.

You can revoke consent at any time by any reasonable means: reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message, email us, tell us on a call, or simply reply in your own words. We honor revocation within 10 business days and usually immediately.

We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for marketing purposes.

HIPAA Protections for Healthcare Clients

Acrion.ai serves clients in the healthcare and home care industries. For any engagement involving Protected Health Information (PHI), we implement the following safeguards:

• Encryption at rest and in transit for all data containing PHI
• Role-based access controls limiting PHI access to authorized personnel only
• Audit logging of all PHI access and system events
• Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) executed prior to any PHI handling

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party tools that may process data submitted through our website:

• Cal.com -- used for scheduling discovery and onboarding calls. Subject to Cal.com's Privacy Policy.
• Stripe -- used for payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Data Retention and Your Rights

We retain your data only as long as necessary to deliver services or as required by law. You may request:

• Access to the personal data we hold about you
• Correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion of your data, subject to any legal retention obligations
