About this program

Acrion.ai sends automated, AI-generated text messages to people who request contact through acrion.ai/contact. Messages relate to your inquiry, scheduling, and Acrion.ai services.

Messages are generated and sent by an AI Employee, not typed by a person in real time. Our first message to you will identify both Acrion.ai and the fact that you are messaging with an AI.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to legally provide consent to receive text messages from Acrion.ai.

You must also be the account holder for the phone number you provide, or have the account holder's authority to give consent for that number. Do not provide a phone number that is not yours.

How to opt in

Consent is given by checking the optional consent box on our contact form. The box is never pre-checked, and consent is never required to submit the form or to do business with us. The exact language you agree to is:

The eligibility requirements above apply whether or not they are restated beside the checkbox. By checking that box you confirm you meet them.

If you leave that box unchecked, we will not text you. We will still respond to your inquiry by email or phone.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us. Most people receive fewer than 10 messages per month.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Acrion.ai does not charge you for these messages, but your mobile carrier may. Check with your carrier about your plan.

How to opt out

You can stop messages at any time, and there is no penalty for doing so.

• Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message from us
• Email jacob@acrion.ai and ask us to stop
• Tell us on a phone call
• Reply in your own words. You do not have to use a keyword

You may revoke consent by any reasonable means. We honor revocation requests within 10 business days, and in practice almost always immediately. After you opt out, you will receive a single confirmation message and then no further messages.

If you opt out and later want messages again, you will need to opt in again through our contact form.

When we send messages

We send messages only between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM in your local time zone.

Do-not-contact list

Acrion.ai maintains a written internal do-not-contact policy and an internal do-not-contact list. Once you are on that list, we do not contact you again for marketing purposes.

Consent records

When you give consent, we record the date and time, the IP address and browser the consent was submitted from, the page it was submitted on, and the exact wording you agreed to. We retain these records for at least five years.

Privacy

We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your phone number and consent record are used only to contact you about your inquiry and Acrion.ai services. For full detail on what we collect and how we handle it, see our Privacy Policy.

Carriers and delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and most regional carriers. Carrier support may change without notice.

Content

Acrion.ai messages contain no SHAFT content: no sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, or tobacco material. Messages relate only to your inquiry and our business services.
